We are pleased to be able to offer customers in our local cooperative area the following telephone service features:
Custom Calling Features
- Call Waiting
When you are on the phone, a beep on the line alerts you to another incoming call. Simply depress the switch hook to put the first caller on hold and answer the second.
- Speed Calling
Program important telephone numbers into your phone service and make calls quickly by dialing the one or two digit Speed Calling code for the party you wish to reach.
- 3 Way Calling
Get three parties in on one conversation and reduce the need for callbacks.
Caller ID Features
- Caller ID
Name and phone number of each caller appears on a telephone display. (DISPLAY UNIT OR DISPLAY PHONE REQUIRED)
- Caller ID on Call Waiting
Informs you of who the beep is on call waiting. (DISPLAY UNIT, CALLER ID AND CALL WAITING REQUIRED)
- Caller ID Blocking
Available on all phone lines. Simply dial *67 before making a call and your phone number and name will remain hidden from Caller ID.
- Anonymous Call Rejection
Block calls from callers who are using Per Call Blocking. Dial *77 to activate and *87 to deactivate.
Convenience Dialing Features
- Automatic Callback
After you get a busy signal, this feature notices when the line is free and places the call again.
- Automatic Recall
Don't know the phone number of your caller? This service identifies the last caller, places the missed call, and/or notifies you when the busy line becomes free.
- Super Speed Calling
Allows you to place a call by dialing a four-digit Super Speed Call code preceded by a #. The four-digit code could be mnemonic such as #JOHN or #FIRE. You will be able to program ten numbers this way.
- Warm Line
Designed to help customers in case of emergency. If the customer picks up the phone and fails to dial within 30 seconds, a pre-determined number is automatically dialed. The customer selects the number to be dialed and we program it into the switch.
- Hot Line
Designed to help customers in case of emergency. If the customer picks up the phone, a pre-determined number is automatically dialed. The customer selects the number to be dialed and we program it into the switch.
- Selective Call Forwarding
Forward only the calls you want to receive based on the originating number.
- Call Forward/Don't Answer
Calls roll over to a second telephone number if they aren't answered after a specified number of rings.
- Call Forward/Busy
This service automatically rolls the call over to another line/number when the called line is busy.
- Remote Call Forwarding
From a separate location, set up your office or home phone to forward your calls to another number.
- Call Transfer
Transfer calls to another location or extension. (THREE-WAY CALLING IS REQUIRED)
- Selective Call Acceptance
Only specific phone numbers can ring through. Great for people on-call who only want contact from the office.
- Selective Call Rejection
Screen out incoming calls from particular phone numbers. 10 numbers for $1.50 per month or 30 numbers for $3 per month.900
- Restriction Per Call
If you do not have 900 calling blocked on your phone number, this feature allows you to control the 900 numbers made from your phone. You can block all 900 calls, allow all 900 calls, or specify which 900 numbers can or cannot be called from your phone with the use of a PIN
- One Plus Restriction
Allows you to control each outgoing long distance call. All you do is enter your four digit PIN, then place the 1 + call. If you don't know the PIN you can't place the call.
- One Plus Bulk Call Restriction
Allows you to set your phone to either allow toll calls or not to allow toll calls.
- Voice Mail
The advanced message-minding system that guarantees you'll never miss another important call again. The basic Voice Mail system allows messages to be received and stored in your personal mailbox until you retrieve them.
- Long Distance Alert
Allows you to identify incoming long distance calls, whether or not they are on the phone. The user receives a distinctive ring (if on-hook), or a distinctive call waiting tone (if off-hook), indicating that the call is long distance.
- Customer Originate Trace
With law enforcement authorization, this service can be used to trace the source of prank calls.
- Distinctive Ring/Call Waiting
Designate incoming calls from certain phone numbers to have a distinctive ring, allowing you to greet them accordingly.
- Value Teen Line
Allows you to have a second telephone number assigned to your existing line. It can be used by any residential customer who wants to have some of the advantages of a second line at a small cost.
- Unlisted Number
Your phone number will not be listed in the telephone directory but will be available through directory assistance.
- Unpublished Number
Your phone number will not be listed in the telephone directory and will not be available through directory assistance.
- Extra Listing
Include an extra listing for your home or business in the telephone directory.
